What is Oifers?
Oifers is a web app in which a company prepares, sends and tracks its price offers to clients, in one place instead of Excel, Word and email.
Products and prices are saved once in a catalog. Every new offer starts from that catalog, so totals, discounts and VAT are calculated automatically and every offer carries the company’s own logo and colours. Oifers is developed and operated by STNS Development SRL, the same team that builds custom software, web and mobile apps for our clients.
Which problem does it solve?
It replaces the manual routine of copying prices from a spreadsheet into a document, exporting a PDF and never knowing whether the client opened it.
With manual offers, several versions of the same offer end up in email threads and the follow-up depends on memory. In Oifers there is one offer, always up to date, and its history shows when and how often it was opened.
What can you do with Oifers?
Product catalog: products, categories and brands, with images and prices, reused in any offer.
Offer builder: structured offers with totals, discounts and VAT calculated automatically.
Branded link: the client opens the offer from a link with your logo and colours, without creating an account.
Open tracking: see when the offer was opened, how many times and from which type of device.
Online acceptance: the client accepts with a confirmation code received by email, and the acceptance appears on the offer in Oifers.
Team and roles: each colleague has an account and a role, with a shared catalog and client list.
Client language: the fixed texts of the offer, such as buttons and emails, appear in Romanian, English, Hungarian or German.
How do price requests to suppliers work?
In the same account you send price requests to several suppliers and compare their answers line by line, next to your catalog price.
Build the list of products and quantities you need, from your catalog or from a client offer.
Each supplier receives an email link with only the lines that concern them and fills in price, availability and lead time.
Compare suppliers side by side, even when some answer in RON and others in EUR.
Order the winning lines and generate the client offer with your margin; the client does not see your costs.
Supplier requests are included in every plan, and suppliers do not count as users.
